It is a great honour for me to serve as Lady Captain of Ballina Golf Club for 2007.

I thank Past Captain Eithne Daly for inviting me to take up this position. And to the members of the Lady's Committee for 2007 I look forward to working with you all throughout the coming year.

I would like to congratulate Gent's Captain Ernie Caffrey and to wish his committee the very best for the year ahead.

Good luck to our ladies, gents and juvenile teams in the inter club matches this year.

If you intend visiting Ballina during the coming year, I hope that you will visit our club and enjoy our wonderful course and the excellent facilities we have to offer.

And to all the members of Ballina Golf Club I hope you have a very enjoyable year's golf in 2007.
